1. How soon will my order ship?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days, please allow 7-12 days for delivery. Note: We are closed on weekends and holidays.

2. How much will it cost to ship my package?

Try Toys Direct offers flat rate shipping of $5.95 for all orders within the United States. Shipping to Canada starts at $9.99 for the first item and $1.50 for each additional item. Customers in Canada will be responsible for any taxes or fees that may be imposed by customs. Please note: All shipping fees excludes over weight items.

3. How will my package be shipped?

We ship using standard ups ground or the usps. Which method used is at the discretion of our shipping department. We do offer expedited shipping for additional fees.
